Powder in Jar
We manufacture probiotic or non-probiotic powders in plastic or glass jars for you from a MOQ of 1.000 packaging units per order. There are many different packaging options available. Our mixing machines and filling systems process the powder gently and carefully - without damaging the bacteria or other sensitive raw materials.
The jars are coded at the bottom using inkjet technology.
Because of the useful vapor barrier for probiotics, we seal the jars with induction sealing to ensure they are original. Alternatively, jars with snap closures are available.
The size of the jars range from 50ml to 1.000ml.
Powder in Sachets
Instead of packing powder in cans, we can also pack them in aluminum sachets.
These must necessarily have a vapor barrier for probiotics. Therefore, we only use the highest quality foils. We offer sachets in packaging sizes between 2g and 1,000g. The minimum order quantities depend on the quantity of powder and the size of the sachet. Please contact us.
Capsules in Jars
We manufacture capsules in transparent, vegan capsule shells of size #3, #1, or #0. These we carefully manufacture on exclusively semi-automatic machines, where in the vast majority of cases we manage completely without any additives (superplasticizer). This method is best suited for our cultures.
We produce your individual recipe with or without bacteria from a capsule quantity of 60.000.
We produce your individual recipe with or without bacteria from a capsule quantity of 60.000. We can fill these in plastic or glass jars in sizes from 50 ml. If requested and as a special product capsules can also be manufactured in sachets.
Capsules in Blister
We manufacture capsules in transparent, vegan capsule shells of size #3, #1, or #0.
These we carefully manufacture on exclusively semi-automatic machines, where in the vast majority of cases we manage completely without any additives (superplasticizer). This method is best suited for our cultures.
From a batch size of 5,000 blisters, we can blister capsules for you and offer them as bulk blisters or in folding boxes ready for sale. For more information about the exact capsule quantities per blister, please contact us.
Drops
From a minimum order quantity of 1.000 packaging units, we produce probiotic drops for you in glass or plastic bottles. These can be offered in sizes from 10 ml to 100 ml.
This packaging solution is ideal for baby and children's products or also for pets.
Tablets
In the case of a probiotic lozenge or chewable tablet, we are also able to provide bacteria as a tablet. This process is very complex and not easy to implement. Therefore, there are certain premises under which live germs are to be processed as tablets. Please contact us personally about purchase quantities and recipes.
Pastilles
As a special form of administration, we can also offer postbiotic lysates in the form of pastilles. The recipe for these is quite open, but MOQ over 100.000 pastilles per batch are required so that the process can be run economically. Cremames
Through our certified cooperation partners in cosmetic production, we can offer ointments and creams with postbiotic active ingredients as a ready-to-sell solution.
The minimum order quantities depend on the recipe and on the type of packaging. We can offer white label products from 2.500 packaging units or individual recipes with the appropriate development time - also from a MOQ of 2.500 packaging units.
